The first stage involves a Screening Test (Officer Intelligence Rating and Picture Perception & Description Test). The second stage includes a Psychological Test (TAT, WAT, SRT, Self Description), a GT series (GD, GPE, PGT, HGT, etc.), and a Personal Interview, culminating in a final Conference to decide on recommendations.
